A group of 21 former U.S. generals, diplomats, and national security officials, that's who.  Including a former head of U.S. Central Command under Bush 41.

They're releasing an open letter tomorrow explaining why they believe the Bush administration's hard-line policies are just making the problems worse.

Given the way Israel's bombing campaign probably left Hezbollah stronger than it was before... not too hard to understand.
